Baylee is the Operations Manager at Gobster Group Real Estate and the driving force behind the day-to-day operations that keep the team running seamlessly. Often referred to as the backbone of Gobster Group, she oversees everything from client experience to team systems, organization, and operational excellence. Her attention to detail, leadership, and dedication ensure that every client, agent, and transaction receives the highest level of care.

A proud Arizona native, Baylee graduated from Arizona State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies. After beginning her career in the automotive and hospitality industries, she found her passion in real estate in 2016 and earned her Arizona real estate license in 2018. Since then, she has become an invaluable part of Gobster Group, helping build the systems and processes that have supported the team's growth while assisting in serving more than 1,800 families and contributing to over $800 million in closed sales.

Outside of the office, Baylee enjoys spending time with her husband, Jamie, and their energetic three-year-old son, Brixton, who keeps life fun and full of adventure. Whether she's making memories with her family or supporting the Gobster Group team, Baylee leads with kindness, integrity, and a heart for serving others.
