An Arizona native, Rachel has watched the Valley grow and change throughout her life. But what drew her to real estate wasn’t simply a love of homes. It was the opportunity to help people through one of the biggest decisions and transitions in their lives.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rachel spent more than two decades in higher education, where much of her career was devoted to helping people navigate unfamiliar processes, solve problems, and determine their next steps. She discovered that those same qualities are at the heart of the way she approaches real estate today: listen first, explain things clearly, be patient, follow through, and never forget there is a person behind every transaction.

Rachel especially loves working with first-time buyers, people relocating to Arizona, and anyone who feels overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin. There is something incredibly rewarding to her about watching someone go from “I don’t know if I can do this” to holding the keys to a home they love.

Serving clients throughout the Phoenix Valley, with strong roots in North Peoria and Vistancia, Rachel wants her clients to feel comfortable asking questions, confident making decisions, and supported from the first conversation through closing day.

As a mom of four and grandmother, Rachel knows that a home is rarely just about bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage. It’s where birthdays are celebrated, families gather, memories are made, and new chapters begin. That personal connection is a big part of why she loves what she does.

Rachel’s goal is simple: when the process is over, she wants every client to feel like they had someone genuinely in their corner the entire way.
