Russell is an Arizona native who has over 25 years of success in Real Estate. He has developed a very strong rapport with all of his clients and colleagues, closing over 250 transactions. Russell attended Paradise Valley Community College and Arizona State University before attending Arizona School of Business and Real-Estate in 2002. His clients appreciate his ability to bring parties together in solving complex situations with comfort and ease. Russell's approach is always "People over Profits"! He firmly believes that when you do what is right for the client, everything else will fall in place. Russell has a deep passion for coaching others in his field. He normally has 5-10 agents that he works with to help them sharpen their skills and improve upon their successes. In his free time Russell serves at his church and is involved in Elder/Shepherd board leadership, family counseling, youth counseling and men's ministries. Russell and his wife Holly have been married over 30 years and have two beautiful children, Rachel and Alexander. We are extremely pleased to have Russell as an intricate part of our team!
